Training of Trainers (TOT) Program

SalusWorld can:

• Design, develop and facilitate training of trainers to train counselors, including the dissemination of appropriate training materials

• Recommend and assist in the development of appropriate community sensitization in the causes, recognition and referral of victims

• Promote the use of existing/new women’s groups to provide peer support and a forum for discussions

• Provide information to the communities and other stakeholders in appropriate manner

• Provide technical assistance to local staff on mental health issues, the dynamics of sexual and gender-based violence, and program management matters

• Install an appropriate system of data collection
